In this paper we discuss the fundamentalanalysis by covering a number of studies in this field ofresearch. This constitutes a useful tool to evaluate thecompanies’ financial performance. Particularly, thediscussion in this paper illustrates how this kind ofapproach can help in analyzing a companies’ stockprice. Additionally, a debate on its potentialities is alsoprovided.
