NUMERICAL STUDY OF TRANSIENT THERMOELASTIC PROBLEM OF A FINITE LENGTH HOLLOW CYLINDER

Abstract

 In this paper, an attempt is made to determine the temperature distribution, displacement and stress functions of a finite length hollow cylinder occupying the space Î, where  , with the stated boundary conditions by applying finite Marchi-Zgrablich transform and Laplace transform techniques.
